I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 3-5 days production time for your order to ship out, average shipping times are 3-5 days. Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 7 business please email us at lypboutiqueandbodysculpting@gmail.com.
How can I get help with sizing?
We offer sizing charts on our website for guidance, but feel free to email us or message us on social media with your weight, current pant size, and measurements (if available) for personalized assistance.
Can I Ex-change my Faja/Compression garments?
If you wish to request an exchange for a product you have previously purchased, we are happy to accommodate your request. Please note that we cannot guarantee the availability of the item you wish to exchange for, as stock levels may change by the time we receive your return. To ensure you can purchase future items, we will issue store credit (gift card) for the returned amount, minus any shipping charges. This credit will be provided as a code during your checkout process once the exchange is approved.
To qualify for a return, please ensure the following requirements are met:
- The item must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- The item must remain in its original condition after the initial try-on: unworn (other than initial try-on), free of stains, unwashed, and with all original tags intact and in their original locations.
- Items must be free from any scents, including perfume, deodorant, bodily fluids, or foul odors. Please handle your items with care while trying them on to avoid contamination.
- Only one exchange is allowed per order.
- Items that do not meet these criteria will be automatically returned to the customer. We reserve the right to reject any return if it does not meet our conditions.
Please note: The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with the return. Shipping fees are not eligible for store credit or vouchers.
Exchanges and store credits will be processed within 5-10 business days after receiving your returned items.

Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty only if your item has not yet been shipped.
I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have missspelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at Lypboutiqueandbodysculpting@gmail.com. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.
